Stephen Walters

Stephen J.K. Walters is the author of "Boom Towns: Restoring the Urban American Dream" (Stanford University Press, 2014). He is a Professor of Economics at Loyola University Maryland, an Adjunct Scholar at the Cato Institute, and a fellow of the Institute for Applied Economics at The Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Walters is an applied microeconomist.
